The Isle of Man Taekwondo Association holds lessons at the National Sports Centre in Douglas and at the St. John's School sports hall in St. John's. More venues are planned over the next year.

Tuesdays National Sports Centre Douglas 18:00 - 20:00 (Intermediate/advanced blue tag and above only)
